IGY Inc is a university research spin-off company derived
from the scientific foundation of “The Oral Passive
Antibody Therapy  Program” at the University of Alberta.
The company has extensively explored nature’s original
avian immune system to create IGY
Technology for the betterment of human and animal
health.
IgY Inc has developed a variety of platform
IgY products and is commercially exploiting  the very nature
of IgY immune power as prophylatic, therapeutic, diagnostic,
cosmetic, supplements, and natural health products; against a variety of infectious
pathogens, allergens, pollutants and biologicals.
Expertise in our R&D Center
focus on the customized antigen specific Immunoglobulin
Yolk (IgY) production. The R&D of "Oral Passive
Antibody Therapy" works to develop;
a) An alternative to antibiotics, and
b) The food preservative IgY to prevent the growth of pathogens
from the surface of food products.
IGY Inc’s pipelines
have arrived through: cutting-edge technologies of antigen
and vaccine preparations, economical separation techniques,
dissolution testing, safety tests, and human clinical trials.
To date, the company’s R&D activities have published
numerous papers, articles, and three patents. We are also
working for our clients to produce the customized antigen
specific IgY.
The company
is proactively seeking partners, distributors and consumers
who are interested in the company’s patented IPs and pre-commercial
